RETURN POLICY:

Products may be returned up to 21 days after delivery for a refund, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Arrangements and pre-payment for shipping on all products being returned are the responsibility of the customer. Customer Service must be contacted for all product returns and product must be returned in the original packaging and unused.

Any returned product that was purchased with a Shipping Included or Free Shipping special will be subject to a restocking fee (20%). All shipping and handling charges will be refunded for product shipped in error. Serius Fitness reserves the right to inspect all returned product and may reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or if all the contents of the product are not returned. Some returned items are also subject to restocking fees. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Return policy is subject to change at any time

Exceptions:

All DVD's, Books, or Video's are non refundable and not returnable so please order carefully!
All Cardio Equipment (Treadmills / Ellipticals / Bikes / Rowers / Steppers, Etc.) that is used is non returnable and non refundable except in case of product defects which will be dealt with through repairs or replacement of same product.


Shipping Info:

We guarantee to ship every in-stock item within 1 or 2 business days. We ship to all United States destinations. For orders to Canada, please call us for shipping quotes and delivery methods.

If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by Serius Fitness.

We ship all packages USPS or Fed Ex Ground/Home Delivery or through an LTL Trucking company depending on the size of the item. For faster shipping, please call us to arrange a quicker delivery method.

Truckload deliveries will be made to the curbside. If you require inside delivery, there will be an extra charge. Please contact us to arrange inside delivery.
